My stay at Theofilos accomodation was excellent with no hesitation!
Extremely clean studio, great location (2 min far from the closer beach, 10-15 minutes far from the City center). Restaurants and mini markets are close which represents a great point! The pictures included in the accomodation description are the same at reality! The communication with the host is also a key note to mention: really active and helpful!
For sure, I recommend the accomodation!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war super! Es war eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und wurde stets sauber gehalten. Theofilos ist sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen. Die Altstadt lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen. Und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön. Auch die Busstation ist nicht weit entfernt. Mit den Bussen lässt sich die Insel super erkunden.
Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich dort sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. 🙂

The hotel was spotless and in an excellent location for the beach and old town. Everything was walkable including the bus station. There is extra security with a password protected gate, the room doors automatically lock, and there is a safe, so we felt secure leaving valuables in our room. We also enjoyed getting some of the locally prepared foods out of the main area and having them in the courtyard with a nice bottle of rosé. Highly recommend this location.

올드타운, 하니아 버스 정류장 모두 도보로 10분 정도 거리에 위치하여 접근성이 정말 좋습니다. 숙소를 나서면 3분정도 거리에 해변과 함께 멋진 레스토랑이 펼쳐지기에, 머무는 내내 설레이는 경험을 했습니다☺️ 숙소를 매일 청소해 주셔서 깨끗하고 편안하게 머물 수 있으며 필요한 비품은 말하지 않아도 제 때 채워주십니다!! 또 방문하고 싶어요

Το στούντιο που μείναμε στον όροφο ήταν εξαιρετικό σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Καθαριότητα, τοποθεσία, ησυχία, φιλοξενία και οι παροχές που διαθέτει είναι παραπανω από ικανοποιητικες (π.χ πιστολάκι μαλλιών, μπατονετες, σαπούνια, όλα τα κουζινικα είδη που έχει ένα κανονικό σπίτι, ο κλιματισμός και οι τηλεοράσεις) Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι, θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα!!

We spent a week at Casa Enetico and it was a great time! The room is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Great location, minutes away from the beach and restaurants. The host is very friendly and the contact was quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone!

The place was beautiful and perfect location to the beach. I walked to Old Town Chania and it was a beautiful 10-15 minute walk around the harbor. Pictures were exactly as described. My room was spotless clean. Theo was responsive to my questions and was so kind to hold my luggage as I explored Chania before my flight. Check-in was so easy. Highly recommended and hope to stay in the future when I return. Thank you Theo.

The place was even better in reality! Beautifully decorated, down to the little details. We also really enjoyed the shared courtyard. 5 minutes down to the beach and some lovely seafood restaurants, as well as 15 minutes walk to the old town and the bus stop (which takes you to other places like Balos or Elafonisi). Couldn’t have wished for a better place in Chania!

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Direkt Nähe zum Strand und die Old Town von Chania ist ein 10-Minuten Spaziergang. Theofilos hat sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert & war freundlich. In einem Gespräch hat er erzählt, dass das AirBnB erst vor kurzem geöffnet hat.
Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen & würden jederzeit wiederkommen!:)

Super super! L’emplacement est idéal , à proximité de la la Canée, de la gare routière si vous n’avez pas de voiture, à coté de la plage et de nombreux petits restaurants. L’hébergement est magnifique agréable très propre bien équipé le petit patio est un vrai plus, theophilos est très accueillant ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et serions ravis d’y retourner !

Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, ein super Service! Alle Personen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. In 3 Minuten am Strand und die Altstadt ist ebenfalls verbunden mit einem Spaziergang super zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir kommen sicherlich wieder 🙂

Le logement est fidèle aux photos. La localisation est idéale par rapport à la plage qui est agréable et des tavernes de la plage. La vieille ville est accessible à pied en 15 minutes en prenant son temps donc vraiment très pratique.
L’hôte Theofilos est très réactif, il a répondu très rapidement aux échanges avant la réservation, a donné rapidement les instructions pour nous rendre à l’appartement, il nous a même dépanné lorsque nous avons oublié les clés à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Il était souvent présent et nous a fait part de ses conseils concernant les restaurants et les plages aux alentours, de très bons conseils 😃.
Concernant l’appartement lui-même est agréable, décoré avec goût, bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation lorsqu’il y a eu un pic de chaleur. En prime, le ménage est organisé pour être fait tous les jours, nous ne nous y attendions pas et c’est la cerise sur le gâteau.
Le séjour a été au top.

Een warm ontvangst! Alles heel proper, netjes en nieuw. Ligt net buiten de oude stad en is makkelijk naartoe te wandelen. Vlakbij is er ook een zeer aangenaam strand en heel wat gezellige restaurantjes maar toch is het heel rustig om te slapen. Op de koer is het ook leuk zitten in de comfortabele zeteltjes. Er is een douche aanwezig bij het binnenkomen van de koer om makkelijk zand af te spoelen. Zeker een aanrader!

I had an amazing week here in a wonderfull room. The bed, the bathroom, the interior and the green plants outside have been very comfortable, beautiful, aestethic and modern. I liked it a lot. Theofilos was an amazing host, with easy and clear, as well fast, communication! I realy would come again here.

We booked for one week and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owner of the AirBNB answered all our questions as fast as possible and helped us when needed.
The building and the interior is beautifully designed and the terrace was the highlight of it all.
Especially the location of the AirBNB is top. Located by the sea (100m to the beach) it was not only close to the old town but had also many supermarkets nearby.
All in all I would recommend this AirBNB to everyone looking for a stay in Chania, Crete.
